Aftersales Success Manager (m/w/d)
Your tasks:
- Supporting existing customers and actively acquiring new customers
- Providing expert advice on our products and services in the after-sales area
- Close collaboration with internal departments in developing customer-specific system solutions
- Preparing and following up on cost calculations
- Creating, clarifying, and following up on quotations
- Responsibility for order controlling, including documentation
- Travel required (approx. 10%)
Your profile:
- Technical professional background (>3 years (apprenticeship/technical college)
- Professional experience in technical customer service, cost calculation
- Sales administration, and/or After-Sales skills,
- Strong customer focus, and solution-oriented thinking
- Independent, structured, and meticulous work style
- Very good IT skills, especially MS Office, and experience with CRM systems
- Good written and spoken English skills
Our benefits:
- The minimum salary for this position is € 3,001.51 gross per month.
Actual pay depends on qualifications and professional experience.
