Field Service Engineer
Your tasks:
- Trouble shooting, service and repair of modern machine tools with regard to mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical issues
- Assist with installing new machines
- Provide phone support for customers
- Willingness to travel frequently
- May perform the role from their home location but report to our office in Wixom, MI
Your profile:
- Associates degree in relevant field, apprenticeship, or equivalent experience
- Good knowledge of machine tools
- Minimum two (2) years of service experience related to machine tools
- Must have good listening and communication skills
- Must have high degree of self-motivation and drive for customer satisfaction
- High aptitude and resolve to work and contribute to a team environment
- Valid driver's license
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
